Asus O Play windows 7 networking setup issues?

so ive set it all up and i had it working before i had to do a fresh install of the computer so i did, and i reset the oplay as well figuring i would recomuniate fresh with the computer when dealing with the networking side now i cant remmber what i did when ive done this before i had to add the ip or subnet mask to my tcp list, but i cant find the tcp list or remmber what Exactly i had to do in this area. the pc name is the same so it all should have worked but i know where my problem is so hopefully somone out there can help shed some light thanks.
