Will the Alpine KTP-445 (45w x4) be enough to power a Polk Audio db6501(10-100 rms) component speakers?

The Alpine KTP-445 should power your Polk components very well. It's an excellent solution for adding some power and is comparable in output to many entry level 4-channel amps.
I'm assuming that you have an Alpine head unit manufactured in 2008 or later.
