Western Digital Not Showing up in My Computer?
I have a western digital external harddive. This afternoon it was working fine, when i accidently pulled it off where it was sitting and it dropped on to the floor. The height of the fall was approx 30 - 40cm high, but was enough to dislodge the casing. Its appearing as a workign driver, but is not showing up in my computer, and i cannot access the files.. Ive also tried running it on another older computer and its fine, all the data is there.
maybe you need to update your drivers, Google to find DGTsoft, then you can download "DGTsoft Drivers Update Utility" to update your drivers automatically.hope it can work for you!
